The ISO41001 standard

The ISO41001 standard, Facility Management (FM) is a multidisciplinary field that aims to improve the efficiency and productivity of organisations, economic societies and communities as well as the way in which people interact with the build environment – FM can impact health, well-being and quality of life of much of societies and population around the world through the services it administers and delivers.

Based on the ISO41001 / EN15221 Facilities Management standard, this course bridges standards with Facilities Management digital related technologies.
